Each session shall consist in the privacy of the studio, the privacy of the client’s home, or at a mutually agreed upon location. Clients are reminded that distractions such as children, telephones, etc., may affect consistent efforts and results. To get the most out of each session, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time.
The Personal Trainer / Massage Therapist is not responsible for the safety of facilities or equipment whether provided by Client, Trainer, or others.
Please wear appropriate athletic footwear and loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate ease of movement. Proper nutrition and adequate rest are essential to this training program and Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time during the Session.
Personal Training / Massage therapy requires a certain amount of physical contact between the Trainer and Client to ensure proper technique.

When you book an appointment with AFGC Wellness Studio, we set aside that time and reserve Andi Rehab therapist exclusively for you.
1a.) To secure your appointment for Private session, a $100 Booking Deposit is required at the time of booking of the IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS. You can make this payment online through our website or by credit card over the phone. Please note that AfterPay and ZipPay are not available for Booking Deposits.
The $100 Booking Deposit is non-refundable. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This means if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we can apply your Booking Deposit to another appointment date within a maximum of 2 weeks; however, we are unable to issue a refund.
After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find a cancellation link. Please use this link if you would like to cancel your session. Please understand that we can not accept cancellations via phone, SMS, social media or any other method.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up at all, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee. However, if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to send someone else in your place to receive the booked service(s) to avoid losing your deposit.
1b.) By Group session we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This means if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we can apply your an another appointment date within a maximum of 2 weeks; however, we are unable to issue a refund.
2.) If you arrive late for the session, no extension of time will be provided by the Therapist, and the session will end at the originally scheduled finish time. Should the Therapist be late, the session will be extended by the relevant amount of time to ensure you receive the full duration of the scheduled session.
Please note that any fees incurred must be paid prior to your next appointment.
