Each session shall consist in the privacy of the studio, the privacy of the client’s home, or at a mutually agreed upon location. Clients are reminded that distractions such as children, telephones, etc., may affect consistent efforts and results. To get the most out of each session, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time.

The Personal Trainer / Massage Therapist is not responsible for the safety of facilities or equipment whether provided by Client, Trainer, or others.
Please wear appropriate athletic footwear and loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate ease of movement. Proper nutrition and adequate rest are essential to this training program and Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time during the Session.

Personal Training / Massage therapy requires a certain amount of physical contact between the Trainer and Client to ensure proper technique.
Personal Trainer’s / Massage Therapist’s determination of methods is conclusiv.

You assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that you may incur while attending, exercising or participating at AFGC Wellness Studio. You hereby waive all claims against AFGC Wellness Studio, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that you might incur.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) When you book an appointment at AFGC Wellness Studio, you are guaranteed to get the expert therapist Andi Rehab for your allocated time.
After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a cancellation link. Remember to use this link ONLY if you would like to cancel your session. Please understand that we will not accept cancellations via phone, text messaging, social media or any other method.

​If you arrive late for the session, it is not possible for the Therapist to extend the time beyond the scheduled time frame for the respect of other subsequent clients, so the session will end at the originally scheduled finish time. However, should the Therapist be running behind, the session will be extended by the relevant amount of time to ensure you receive the full duration of the scheduled session.

Please note that any fees incurred must be paid prior to your next appointment.

a.) To secure your appointment for a

– Consult $ Treatment for one person

a $50 booking deposit is required at the time of booking of the face-to-face consultations. You can make this payment online through our website. Please note that AfterPay and ZipPay are not available for the payment of deposits.

The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This means if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, we can apply your booking deposit to an other appointment date up to 2 weeks from your initial appointment time; however, we are unable to issue a refund. In order to re-book a new appointment you can only do so by phone or in person, not the online booking system.

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee. However, if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to transfer your booked service over to someone else to avoid losing your deposit.

c) If you’ve booked a package, you can schedule only the first session appointment. The remaining 11 sessions can be booked with your instructor after the initial session.
