How time-consuming are the daily exercises?
These are the most important shoulder rehabilitation exercises, which are very simple and easy to practise. Even 10 minutes of practice is enough, but it’s important to practise every day.
Do I need any special equipment for the home exercises?
You can use a water bottle or a small dumbbell for the exercises. For the BONUS exercises, which you can add to your routine, you will need a foam roller. If you don’t have one yet, you can order it here: https://afgc-painfreeandfit.com/shop/
Will I receive help while learning the program?
