How time-consuming are the daily exercises?

It is recommended to train three times a week, with each session lasting half an hour.

You’ll only need a chair and a small step stool, but instead of the stool, you can simply do the exercise on a staircase.

These exercises are for an advanced level and may increase blood pressure and heart rate. It’s important that you are in good health and free from injuries.
