Andi is very dedicated and you can really feel she is passionate about what she does. She really cares to find a solution for you and make your life better. Unlike other 'specialists', I discover things with her that I would never thought are connected to each other, she explained it very patiently and clearly to me. This made a lot of sense and now I feel way more better training the correct part of my body. Highly recommended!Posted on Lil Knacks CreationsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked into see Andi whilst staying at Blue Heron Motel and I’m so glad I did! I met Andi during a trip to Gold Coast when I stayed at Blue Heron Motel in Mermaid Beach (her studio is in the same building). I booked a massage with her and she was extremely helpful and kind in finding availability for me without much notice! We also had a chat before starting the massage where she was both very kind and professional, sharing her knowledge to give me precious advices to improve my health and overall well-being. The massage was amazing, so relaxing and just perfect to re-balance my body-mind ♡ I highly recommend her since I had a beautiful experience and she is very passionate and competent in what she does :)Posted on Karina PearsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They are simply amazing! 🙂 She has highly professional knowledge across wide range of training areas. I also love her various techniques such as fascia massage with which she extends her sessions, which is a plus compared to other personal trainers. Also takes care and prevents injury, which a lot of trainers do not. I can highly recommend her!! 👟💪🏻Posted on Belinda BellinghamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You can practise as often as you like, but it’s recommended to do the foam rolling in the morning, as your joints will be much more mobile afterwards. Also, always foam roll after a harder workout to help prevent muscle soreness.
You’ll get the best results if you do a little foam rolling every day. It’s best to focus on the body part that feels tighter on that particular day.
