At your first online session, we will carefully review your posture, movement patterns, muscles, joints, and nervous system through guided video and detailed questions to identify the root cause of your pain. This allows us to design the most effective treatment plan for you.
Your treatment may include Neuro Kinetic Therapy techniques (adapted for virtual delivery), targeted movement and strengthening exercises, and pain education to support your recovery at home.
The sessions are one-on-one, so you receive my full attention and a plan tailored specifically to you.
A typical rehabilitation plan includes two sessions per week for about six weeks. This helps you achieve lasting, pain-free results.
Once you have restored your function, I recommend regular follow-ups and periodic reviews to maintain progress and prevent relapses.
