FAQs

How time-consuming are the daily exercises?

You will need about 15 minutes to complete the exercises if you repeat them three times. Of course, you can choose to repeat them fewer or more times.

It’s up to you how much you practise. You can do the exercises twice or three times, depending on how tight your muscles are or how much you want to strengthen them. If you miss a few days, be sure to continue from where you left off. And if you have a favourite exercise, you can, of course, do it more often.

You won’t need any special equipment. However, the method is most effective if you also complete the Mobility and Recovery program, which you can find here: https://oie.esx.mybluehost.me/foam-rolling-2/

The program includes exercises that are easy for anyone to practise. However, if you have recently had surgery, please wait 6 weeks before practising them.
